The product has undergone tests in consonance with international quality norms and standards. The Drum Lifter is portable on four wheels, thereof two of them are steering type. All the four wheels are equipped with double ball bearings having dust covers.

The designed Drum Lifter consists of main frame, hydraulic system, chain drive & gear box, drum holding device, and lifter. The Drum Lifter raises drum with the help of manually operated hydraulic jack and is fitted with return valve and foot pedal to control drum carriage lowering rate and ascertain reliability and accuracy in hydraulic action. To rotate the drum, there is the provision of one gear box. After lifting the drum hydraulically it can be rotated up to a maximum angle of 180 degrees by moving the handle.

To ensure a safe and proper grip on the drum, two heavy duty clasping devices are facilitated which holds the drum from both top and bottom.
